When I'm going to start school on September 2nd, I'm going to have to be in school at 7:00. The problem is that I live an hour away from school on the bus so I have to be out of the house by 6. What is some good advice on getting up early? I understand going to bed a lot earlier but it doesn't help me much.
I also have three alarm clocks (the TV turns on very loudly, my cell phone across the room, and a normal bell alarm clock on my computer desk) but somehow I still manage to fall bad asleep even if I get out of bed.Need help/advice on waking up early, help?
You will need to get to bed by 9 pm if you plan to be out of the house and dressed by 6 am.
I like to put kitchen timers in my room too because they are battery operated and are not affected by a power loss during the night.
Good luck!

starst a week early of practicing getting up. That will help.or make someone trough water on u cold is the best it does work. or if u have a little baby brother or somthing tell someone to put your alarm clock on buzzer then set the baby down next to it it will cry and make noise so u will wake up.or make someone keep flicking your ear till you wake.
I have the same problem; I have two alarm clocks set at different intervals, but I get up hit the snooze %26amp; go back to bed!! I have a friend give me a wake up call every day, it helps a lot! Good luck!
