NEED HELP! Any advice. Also, do u row?

I have to take a 2000 meter erg test for my rowing team. This is really important.............. it decides if I move up to Junior Varsity. It will probably be in a couple weeks....... or less. I need to do everything I can to get prepared for it. Any ideas? I want to lose about 5 pounds, and increase the amount of work I can do w/o getting as tired. Willing to do anything.NEED HELP! Any advice. Also, do u row?
Run everyday from 30 minutes to an hourNEED HELP! Any advice. Also, do u row?
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
just exersise and dont eat greasy foods and EXERSIZE that way ull lose more than 5 pound s:)
Well i don't row, so i probably don't know to much. But If I were you for now I'd just eat 3 balanced meals a day. Have maybe a fruit or veggie for a snack. And then maybe go for a walk up and down your street. And you could always go rowing once in a while to get ready but don't row to much to get ready or else you'll be sick of rowing you won't be able to row for the test. Hope it works for you. Good Luck
