Please help! need advice on staying up to study..how do you do it?

ok, so its 3am and im not that tired but i can feel myself passing out. I need to keep studying cause i have four tests tomorrow and i have to pass them. Im so stressed out right now! please help me. What can i do to stay awake, motivated and stress free at this moment. I also need to be alive and awake tomorrow.Please help! need advice on staying up to study..how do you do it?

What you do is.


Is not ******* goof around on **** like yahoo answers. But I'm a huge hypocrait, because I have a ginormous paper due tomorrow, and I haven't done jackshit.





Honestly, perseverance and pain will keep you up. If your body hates coffee, drink a **** load and wait for the stomach pain to kick in. That'll keep you up all night.





Granted, that's not the best advice, so just stick to your guns and pray that you don't wind up sleeping before your done.


If anything, set an alarm to go off every hour, while you work. If you decide to nod off the alarm wakes you up. You don't lose much time.
GO TO SLEEP NOW.

Do you seriously feel like you're absorbing any information that you will remember ?


Staying up this late to study is not a good idea because it's ineffective.


Go to sleep, and wake up early to study and drink some coffee. It should be more effective.


If you stay up the whole night you'll be sleeping when it's time to do the tests, seriously...

First, make sure you've had a good nights rest the night before, secondly, make sure you have healthy rightly portioned meals to sustain your energy for the day, especially protein. :) Then, as a plus, go get some Coffee or some sort of energy drink like redbull, or rockstar :)
What I do to pull all nighters is have a alarm, either cell phone or whatever, as take a 10 min nap when you feel yourself passing out.





Most would say it makes it harder but at least i get some sleep and im able to do what i need to.

but honestly that will keep your body awake but not your brain. the nite before a big test i find it helps to sleep in little 2 hour bursts. take a short 2-3 hour nap and get up and study again. then take another short one right before school
Right well first of all GO TO SLEEP as tomoro u will be so tired and your brain won't work and you have no chance of passing. Get up ealy in the morning and study. don't stay awae all night!

Put all of your books under your pillow and go to sleep on your pillow


Get some rest ,,,YOU are ready for the test.

oh and adderall always helps. . .but in the end, tests mean nothing. After tomorrow, your life will go on and the stress will end.
