Ok need help/advice/ an answer?

ok i am 156 pounds


i am a non stop eater i am not big big big but i am one of the girls With side fat i cant stop snacking and eating i eat all the Time in class at home morning never stop even if i don't want to i cant control my self i want tp loose weight and i think i have a problem and workout and loose wieght but allways gain it back also is there a better way to exersize with out going to the gym because i am 13 and also the tredmill got boreing for me and it is all i have and i cant do a push up and be like a weight doctor be nice and tell me everything i need to know


p.s i use to be skinny and never hungry now i am fat and always hungryOk need help/advice/ an answer?

well what i do to keep in shape is run with my friends.


running is boring but with friends it makes it alot better.


i dont like doing hard workouts soo anytime of use of your body is excersie. so just run, shoot hoops, play some sports with your friends. =]]

You brought up a good point in your P.S. You are thirteen, so that means that not too long ago you started puberty and that's probably why you've seen a change with getting more hungry, thus the weight gain as most of us have experienced. But just in case, go to the doc. to get a check up and have your blood tested.





But luckily you are thirteen! This means that the weight can come off easily. Here's the plan: eat a healthy breakfast- fruit/ healthy cereal. Do not, I repeat, do not bring snacks to school. If you don't have any goodies to munch on then you won't gain weight from empty calories. I know it will be hard b/c at first your going to be thinking about how hungry you are between breakfast %26amp; lunch, but you have to remember-one way will help you lose weight and the other way will not. Just think, ';it's only 3,2,1 hrs. before lunch, I can make it 'til then.';





Eat as healthy a lunch as you can at school and do not buy chips, etc. to munch on during the rest of your classes. When the hunger comes again, remember, you will be home in a few hours %26amp; you can eat then.





When you get home eat a big salad w/light or fat free dressing or olive oil/vinegar with Emril's salad seasoning found in the spice section at the groc. store. If your parents are preparing your dinner, let them know that you want to eat healthy. After dinner if you get hungry have any kind of fruit, fruit salad and yogurt.





As for exercise, you're lucky 13 you can do all kinds of things. Roller blade, bike, hike, swim, skateboard, speed walk, jog, anything that gets your heart pumping %26amp; keeps it that way for a while. My friend and I had the same problem when we were 14. So we used to go to the beach and walk around the shops and then swim. We would be there for hours and what we found was that once you are exercising, even as we were mostly just walking, we weren't hungry. You probably noticed that when you used the treadmill. BTW: if you are out with friends you can eat a big slice of pizza, just take some napkins and press them lightly on the pizza to blot out the oil. Do not use diet pills/suppliments this will only start you down the wrong path which leads to a lifetime of weight problems. You can do whatever you set your mind to do! :)
