okay so i have been off from work for 2 weeks now, i am now better and am due to go back to work on wednesday. i was unwell the first few days with food poisoning then i got really run down and exhausted and had some more time off to recover. i didnt visit a doctor at the time but now work are saying they need me to provide a sick note for 1 week else i wont get paid. is there anyway a doctor will issue me with a sick note after being sick in order for work to pay me??? help would be greatly appreciated.Advice and help needed? need a sick note?
Go to a Med Care place or physician and tell your doctor your were sick for a week before going to the doctor. They should write the note without a problem.Advice and help needed? need a sick note?
Call your doctor. He or she might hook you up unless they know you to be a malingerer.
