Single dad wants out of bad relationship and full custody of daughter. Afraid 'Mom' will win custody or leave the state. What legal 'things' can be done to prevent this and get custody of daughter?Need help/advice?
If she a good mom, it going to be hard to get full custody. If she has any type of alcohol or drug problem, you friend must get pictures to show judge she's not fit to have custody of the child. I'm not 100percent sure, but the parent with custody of the child is not allow to leave the state w/o authorization of the other parent. Get a good lawyer. Good Luck!
