ok so i really think i could be a good actress like in movies and possibly on tv. but i don't like being in plays and stuff in front of a lot of people. im kinda shy when it comes to big audiences. i no like on sets of movies and tv there are a lot of people but its a different kind of audience. yea so do you think i could do that if i went to auditions for movies.. maybe start out as like a extra or something..?? idk... i really think i belong on the red carpet... haha i no it sounds stupid and all ... like a little girls dream but... yea.... btw im 14 years old almost 15. and im very mature for my age to... i have went through a lot all ready in my life. so please just tell me if u think that it would be ok to try and do that even though i don't like being in plays and on stage.

also give me tips on how to be not so ';shy'; haha thanks!!

no rude comments plz :DHelp?? advice please?
Well I looked on wikipedia and many actors started out being cast in plays and musicals. If you truly believe in your talent, I think you should try getting used to having an audience. If you think about it, when you perform infront of a camera, it's like performing infront of the whole world behind the television screen. Plus, what's the point of performing if there's no audience to support you? Just try to feel like you're showing off the things you've practised, and enjoy the attention! For some people, the spotlights help them calm their nerves because it makes it harder for them to see the audience. As for the shyness, don't worry about it. When you act and perform more, you'll come out of your shell.Help?? advice please?
Girls your age are so wonderful, and it's wierd! We're clumsy and shy, trying hard to find out who we are and how to express that. So here it goes: child, you need to get out in the public, out on that stage, and fight the monster that keeps you shy. Before you can go on film, you have to prove you've got talent, and you don't get talent by being shy and struck by the ugly stage fright monster. If you want to act, then ACT as if a huge audience isn't a big deal. There will be plenty of time to collapse behind the curtain or in the hallway after the audition!!! Good luck.
O.K. Listen I know I'm no big movie star but I think I can help...

1.first when your on the stage remember this nobody's really going to notice if you make a couple of mistakes it's not as if they've memorized the show or performance.

2.Try 2 make friends that will come 2 those performances that way if u have more then 1 friend 2 look @ in the crowd u won't b so nervous trust me .but if u don't have many friends right now then try making some. when u want 2 b someones friend say hi or something nice to get a conversation started. O and also make sure they're not mean or fake friends that might laugh @ you.

3.start off small do something where you don't have to speak or sing or whatever too much that way things will just go smoother.

4.Try practicing for a small audience of family and friends at home that way you'll get used to the eyes and ears.

5.Just focus on having FUN! You want to do this for you and the people around you right well you might as well put on a smile while you're at it.

I hope this all helps and good luck with all of it ;^)
